I’m Dr. Carolin Eckert, an international HR leader with over 18 years of experience across multiple UN organizations and intergovernmental bodies. Throughout my career, I’ve held key HR roles at OECD, UNDP, UNICEF, UNOPS, and the ICC, working in various countries and cultural contexts.
I have progressively taken on senior leadership positions in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development, always driven by my core values: Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Collaboration, Respect, and Optimism.
Passionate about creating sustainable, people-centered solutions, I have led high-impact initiatives that shaped global HR strategies and helped organizations and individuals thrive in an ever-evolving world.
